MISSION

ATS RheoSystems' mission is to meet the specialized needs and individual requirements of scientists and engineers interested in the application of rheological measurements and instrumentation. ATS RheoSystems is focused on the science of rheology and its use to solve industrial issues, along with the design and development of rheological instrumentation. With expertise in rheological consulting, contract testing, applications training and test method development, and technical support, service, and repair, we provide a systematic, proactive approach to servicing our customers and maximizing their productivity.

The staff at ATS RheoSystems is made up of qualified, highly motivated consulting rheologists with extensive analytical instrumentation and data analysis, technical support, and customer service experience. We combine our academic training in engineering and science with a broad spectrum of hands-on expertise in the research and quality control laboratory, and process instrumentation industries.

Our mission is to provide research quality rheological consulting, testing, and instrumentation for product control in the operations of food, paint and coating, asphalt, pharmaceutical, and polymer industries. We are committed to excellence and the customer's increased competitiveness when it comes to product quality, process control and optimization of product costs.

AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

It is inevitable companies will face increased competitive challenges and pressures in the next decade. Accordingly, ATS RheoSystems offers a unique group of dynamic, state-of-the-art services to help our customers develop high performance capability. We are involved in the following three areas of the instrumentation business:

1) Expert rheologists provide consulting, contract testing and test method development, application and instrument training, and technical support, service, and repairs. Specialized tooling and accessories fabrication is also available.

2) We provide customized technical support and service to instrumentation users in terms of service agreements, preventive maintenance and calibration coverage, and on-call service and repairs for rheological instruments from REOLOGICA Instruments AB, Bohlin, Haake, Rheometrics, TA Instruments, and Polymer Laboratories. First and foremost, we are a rheological consulting and technical support and service company dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We are routinely called upon to service other manufacturers' instrumentation when they either cannot, or will not, address the issue to the satisfaction of the customer. We are successful because most instrument companies see technical support and service as a necessary obligation, an offshoot of their core business, selling instruments. They perform these services only because they have to. We perform these services because they are essential concerns to our customers.

3) We provide leading edge, state-of-the-art material characterization instrumentation. The technical staff at ATS RheoSystems has been involved with the design, development and manufacture of sophisticated rheological instrumentation for more than thirty years. We have used the experience and insight gained through the evolution of several previously successful rheological instruments to develop "The World's Finest Rheometers and Viscometers".
