RIGOTECH
The Muscle Texture Analyser

RIGOTECH is a unique analytical instrument for measuring shortening and isometric tension in relation to rigor development and tenderness. Developed in conjunction with the Swedish Meat Research Institute, the instrument is used to determine the optimum cooling conditions for meat tenderness.
